What stands out

  • Runs DELISH KITCHEN, a recipe video service with wide name recognition
  • Revenue has risen steadily, and the company forecasts its first operating profit for the year to June 2026
  • Only about 23,000 yen is expected to be needed to apply, among the lowest on this site

What could go wrong

  • Listing at a valuation below what earlier investors paid, known as a down round
  • Existing shareholders including venture capital funds are selling a large amount, so supply will weigh on the shares after listing
  • Revenue from one customer group (KDDI) could decline

About the company

Runs the recipe video service DELISH KITCHEN and sells marketing and digital services to food manufacturers and retailers.

How it makes money

It uses its media — chiefly recipe videos, reaching 31 million users a month — as the entry point, and makes its money selling advertising and marketing support to food and drink manufacturers and to retailers. In the year to June 2025 that marketing business was about 74% of revenue.

Where growth is meant to come from

The plan is to grow that core marketing business, with revenue of about 5 billion yen and a first operating profit forecast for the year to June 2026. The strategy is to increase the number of large clients spending over 10 million yen a year and to raise the average spend per client.
