What stands out

  • Serves three client groups at once, from large corporations to smaller companies and start-ups, and points to the cross-over of knowledge between them as what sets it apart
  • In the year to December 2025 revenue rose 22.8% to 6,109 million yen and operating profit more than doubled, up 105.5% to 839 million yen. Both were records
  • Generative AI is used firm-wide, and revenue per consultant at the parent company rose from 23.4 million to 26.2 million yen

What could go wrong

  • Revenue depends on how many consultants it has and how fully they are working, so growth can slow if hiring and training fall behind plan
  • In August 2026 it cut its full-year operating profit forecast from 1,111 million to 876 million yen, a reminder that higher revenue does not always turn into profit as planned
  • It has never paid a dividend since it was founded, and none is planned for the year to December 2026

About the company

A management consulting firm that stays alongside its clients from strategy through to execution on the ground, serving large corporations, smaller companies and start-ups alike.

How it makes money

It reports a single consulting segment. Business consulting, which pairs strategy work with hands-on support at the client's own worksites, is about 86% of revenue, and IT and DX consulting about 14%. Its clients fall into three groups, which at the time of listing accounted for 42% of revenue (mid-sized and small companies), 34% (large corporations) and 24% (start-ups). The group has roughly 350 staff, with a South-East Asian base in Thailand alongside the Japanese head office.

Where growth is meant to come from

For the year to December 2026 it expects revenue of 7,168 million yen, up 17.3%. In August 2026, though, it cut its operating profit forecast from 1,111 million yen to 876 million yen (up 4.4%), because it is concentrating spending in the second half on hiring and training AI specialists. Over the medium term it targets annual growth of 20% in revenue and 40% in operating profit across three years, built on recruitment, use of generative AI, and acquisitions of other consulting firms.
