What stands out

  • It brings together regional homebuilders in Hokkaido, Tochigi, Niigata and elsewhere, with revenue of 49.50 billion yen in the year to May 2026 (up 36.5%)
  • Net profit attributable to owners of the parent was 800 million yen in the year to May 2026 (up 300.1%), recovering from the previous year's fall in profit
  • The company forecasts higher revenue and profit again for the year to May 2027, with an annual dividend forecast of 88.75 yen (63.39 yen for the year to May 2026)

What could go wrong

  • In the year to May 2025, revenue rose but net profit attributable to owners of the parent fell to 200 million yen, so profit can swing depending on the timing of new outlets and home handovers
  • Demand for housing is sensitive to interest rates, building material costs and the economy
  • Because it grows through acquisitions, the performance of the companies it buys and the burden of borrowing could affect its results

About the company

The holding company of a housebuilding group that began in Hokkaido with ロゴスホーム and now owns regional homebuilders that design and build custom homes.

How it makes money

Almost all of its business is designing and building detached custom homes. Group companies build and hand over homes in their own regions, including ロゴスホーム, which started in Tokachi, 豊栄建設 in Sapporo, ギャラリーハウス in Tochigi and 坂井建設 in Niigata (which joined the group in December 2024). It is known for attracting customers through online digital marketing and using IT to cut the time and effort involved in sales and building.

Where growth is meant to come from

Its strategy is to open new outlets with the Tokai region as the main focus and the Kanto region as another priority, while growing through acquisitions that bring regional homebuilders into the group. For the year to May 2027, the company forecasts 1,608 homes handed over, revenue of 54.27 billion yen (up 9.6%) and net profit attributable to owners of the parent of 1.16 billion yen (up 45.2%).
