What stands out

  • Ranked first in Japan's visitor management system market by vendor revenue share, at 14.3% in fiscal 2025 (ITR survey, as stated in the securities registration statement)
  • Revenue grew from 496 million yen in the year to October 2023 to 894 million yen in the year to October 2025, with a net profit since the year to October 2024
  • A subscription model in which monthly usage fees build up as customers stay on

What could go wrong

  • Most of the shares on offer (1,416,200 shares) are being sold by existing shareholders, with only 50,000 new shares issued
  • The company posted net losses for three straight years through the year to October 2023, so its profitable track record is short, and ordinary profit for the year to October 2025 was small at about 45 million yen
  • It runs a single cloud services business, so results depend heavily on sales of its main reception system

About the company

Provides cloud services that streamline corporate reception, meeting scheduling and meeting-room booking, centred on RECEPTIONIST, a cloud reception system that lets visitors call the person they are meeting straight from a tablet.

How it makes money

Alongside its main cloud reception system RECEPTIONIST, it offers the meeting-room management service 予約ルームズ and the scheduling tool 調整アポ to companies, both directly and through sales agents. Most revenue comes from monthly subscription fees based on the number of registered users or rooms, plus initial setup fees and sales of reception tablets and stands. It had 2,480 client companies at the end of July 2026.

Where growth is meant to come from

It is broadening its line-up for the general affairs departments of existing clients, launching 代表電話コネクト to automate first responses to main phone lines in December 2025 and the event check-in service 招待レセプション in February 2026. It is also developing RECEPTIONIST Agent, a paid feature that uses AI to automate workflows such as visitor reception and building-access procedures, with the aim of raising revenue per client.
