What stands out

  • Founded in 2012 with investment from map maker ZENRIN, and became its subsidiary in June 2026, with ZENRIN holding about 54%
  • Counts ENEOS, NTT DOCOMO, JR Kyushu, Keio Bus and Panasonic among its customers
  • Guidance for the year to December 2026 is revenue of 1.15 billion yen and net profit of 40 million yen, a return to profit

What could go wrong

  • Both full years since listing, to December 2024 and December 2025, ended in a net loss, and the loss for the year to December 2025 was 420 million yen
  • The equity ratio fell to 0.7% at the end of December 2025 and the accounts carried a going-concern note, which was removed on 14 August 2026 after the June 2026 share issue
  • The profit forecast for the year to December 2026 assumes a large second half, because the first half to June was a net loss of 170 million yen

About the company

A mobility-focused DX company, now a subsidiary of map maker ZENRIN, that pairs in-vehicle devices and digital signage with its own software for bus operators, logistics firms, local governments and commercial facilities.

How it makes money

Its main business is designing, building and delivering systems that combine IoT hardware with software for bus companies, logistics firms, local governments and commercial facilities. It both sells its own products and takes on contract development and ongoing maintenance. The line-up falls into four areas — mobility systems, digital signage, AI and data science, and cloud migration support — and its customers include ENEOS, NTT DOCOMO, JR Kyushu, Keio Bus, Keikyu Bus and Panasonic. More recently it has been expanding Will-Fleet, an OBD2-type digital tachograph that plugs into a vehicle's diagnostic port to collect operating data, as a pillar of its logistics business.

Where growth is meant to come from

In March 2026 it published a medium-term plan called 2030 Beyond 100, and it has been widening its reach in public transport and logistics, including projects selected by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for regional transport DX. In June 2026 it issued new shares to ZENRIN and Senyo Kogyo, lifting ZENRIN's stake above 50% and making the company its subsidiary. Company guidance for the year to December 2026 is revenue of 1.15 billion yen and net profit of 40 million yen, a return to profit, but the first half to June showed revenue of 330 million yen and a net loss of 170 million yen, so the plan rests on a second-half recovery.
