What stands out

  • Owns large digital signage in high-traffic spots including Shibuya, Omotesando, Ikebukuro and Dotonbori
  • Revenue and profit for the year to June 2026 were both records, and it forecasts higher revenue and profit again for the year to June 2027
  • Has started developing its own sites in ASEAN through its Singapore subsidiary

What could go wrong

  • Profit is growing more slowly than revenue. Operating profit for the year to June 2026 rose only 3.4%, and in the April-June quarter alone it fell from a year earlier
  • Earnings depend on how much advertisers are willing to spend, and the sites are concentrated in a few urban areas
  • Building and renewing large sites takes continuous investment. In the year to June 2026, investing cash outflow of 1.74 billion yen exceeded operating cash inflow of 1.22 billion yen

About the company

Owns large outdoor billboards and digital signage in places such as Shibuya and Dotonbori in Osaka, and handles everything from planning and production to display.

How it makes money

It owns large billboards and digital signage (DOOH) in busy shopping districts and along expressways, and earns its money by selling that advertising space to advertisers and ad agencies. Its best-known sites include Shibuhachi Hit Vision in Shibuya, OMOSAN Synchro in Omotesando and Tsutaya Ebisubashi Hit Vision in Dotonbori, Osaka. Alongside selling space it also produces the video and graphics shown on the boards, and proposes campaigns that tie the boards to social media. Its customers include advertising agencies such as Dentsu and Hakuhodo DY Media Partners, together with major car, drink and game advertisers.

Where growth is meant to come from

Revenue for the year to June 2026 was 5.16 billion yen, up 16.7%, and net profit was 984 million yen — both the highest the company has recorded. For the year to June 2027 it forecasts revenue of 5.90 billion yen, up 14.4%, and net profit of 1.0 billion yen. It keeps adding sites. A new board in Shibuya Dogenzaka is due to start showing advertising in October 2026, and its Singapore subsidiary took an exclusive licence on a large digital screen at a local shopping centre, running it as its own site from September 2026 — its first large site in ASEAN.
