What stands out

  • Revenue was 8.63 billion yen for the year to November 2025, and on a standalone (non-consolidated) basis it rose 38.4% from the year before
  • In January 2026 it ranked 18th in the Technology Fast 50 2025 Japan, with revenue growth of 254.2% over the past three fiscal years
  • It also offers engineering services, such as "CIP" work that keeps older equipment usable after the manufacturer has stopped supplying parts

What could go wrong

  • The company forecasts revenue of 3.18 billion yen (versus 8.63 billion yen the year before) and a net loss for the year to November 2026, after cutting its forecast in July 2026
  • Most revenue comes from China, and in the year to November 2025 sales to one company (New Eastech (Shanghai)) were 5.39 billion yen, so it depends heavily on a specific region and customer
  • Revenue can swing sharply with the timing of large used-equipment auctions and customer payments (in the first half of 2026 it held back a shipment because the remaining payment had not arrived)

About the company

A semiconductor services company based in Oita City that buys and sells used chip-making equipment and sells and repairs equipment parts for semiconductor factories.

How it makes money

Its main businesses are buying and reselling used semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and selling and repairing equipment parts (such as vacuum pump repairs). It also runs LAYLA, a cross-border e-commerce site for business buyers of semiconductor parts. In the year to November 2025, 7.28 billion yen of its 8.63 billion yen in revenue came from China, and sales to its largest customer, a Chinese company (New Eastech (Shanghai)), were 5.39 billion yen. As a rule it receives payment from customers before paying its suppliers.

Where growth is meant to come from

On top of its existing businesses, it aims to build a new pillar as a sales agent for advanced equipment to major domestic chipmakers. For the year to November 2026 the company forecasts revenue of 3.18 billion yen and a net loss of 195 million yen, partly because it had fewer chances to buy large used equipment (the forecast was cut in July 2026).
