A property company that specialises in buying homes other agents avoid, such as vacant houses, properties where a death occurred and plots that cannot be rebuilt on, and reselling them.
It buys vacant houses, properties where a death occurred, plots that cannot legally be rebuilt on and fractional co-ownership shares directly from owners who are struggling to sell, then resells them to investors who want to put them to use. Its strength is gathering enquiries through its own web media and advertising, running at about 20,000 enquiries and about 2,000 purchases a year. It covers all 47 prefectures and lists 27 branch offices on its website as of September 2026.
Under a long-term mission it calls zero vacant houses by 2100, the company plans to handle more properties by opening branches, using its own AI-assisted valuation system, and acquiring other firms. In August 2026 it raised its forecast for the year to December 2026 to revenue of 12.44 billion yen and recurring profit of 1.82 billion yen.
