What stands out

  • Revenue of 17.0 billion yen (up 29.8%) and net profit of 2.46 billion yen for the year to March 2026, with revenue and profit still rising since listing
  • 3.16 million monthly active users across its Rechalle-related services (fourth quarter of the year to March 2026)
  • Changed its name from dely to Kurashiru on October 1, 2025

What could go wrong

  • Most revenue comes from advertising and promotion spending, so it depends on advertisers' budgets
  • The forecast for the year to March 2027 shows higher revenue but almost flat net profit (up 0.3%)
  • The IPO consisted entirely of existing shareholders selling, with no new shares, so sales by major shareholders at the time of listing (such as LY Corporation) could weigh on the shares
