About the company

Runs モゲチェック, an online service that compares and assesses home loans, and INVASE, an online platform for investing in real estate.

How it makes money

Most revenue comes from INVASE, which buys investment properties and resells them to investors, and also earns brokerage fees, loan referral fees and rental management fees. Because resale books the full sale price of each property as revenue, about 6.03 billion yen of the 8.32 billion yen in revenue for the year to June 2026 came from this way of recording sales. The モゲチェック business proposes home loans with favorable rates to borrowers, passes them on to lenders, and earns fees from those financial institutions.

Where growth is meant to come from

For the year to June 2027 the company forecasts revenue of 10.24 billion yen (up 23.1%) and operating profit of 370 million yen (up 67.0%). It plans to make home-loan applications easier through system links with lenders and to grow INVASE's membership and transactions.
