About the company

An IT consulting company that supports large companies' digital transformation on the technical side, helping them use AI and the cloud and supporting software development for cars, robots and more (delisted in April 2026).

How it makes money

It provides large companies across many industries with consulting on using the cloud and AI and on building the ability to develop systems in-house, and supports the development of software and hardware for cars, aerospace, robots and more. It earns fees for this work and for technical training services for engineers. In the year to March 2025, モビリティ・オートメーション (mobility and automation), which supports development for the car industry and others, made up about 40% of revenue, and クラウドコンサルティング (cloud consulting) about a third.

Where growth is meant to come from

In October 2025 it absorbed its three core operating companies (豆蔵, エヌティ・ソリューションズ and コーワメックス) and changed from a holding company into the operating company 豆蔵 (Mamezou). A tender offer by the investment fund EQT succeeded in March 2026, and the shares were delisted on 14 April 2026, so they can no longer be traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
