What stands out

  • Co.HUB, its shared delivery service for drugstores, covers 65% of stores nationwide, with 686 manufacturers under contract (end of March 2026)
  • Record revenue of 15.09 billion yen and record ordinary profit of 1.74 billion yen in the year to March 2026
  • Forecasts ordinary profit of 2.1 billion yen for the year to March 2027, with a planned dividend of 77 yen per share

What could go wrong

  • If client companies cut their promotion budgets, its orders are likely to fall
  • From the year to March 2027, postage is no longer counted as revenue, so revenue cannot be compared directly with earlier years
  • It expects a special loss of about 0.1 billion yen in the year to March 2027 from moving a production site

About the company

A company that handles promotional materials for manufacturers and retail chains, such as in-store displays and flyers, from planning and production to storage and delivery, making the whole promotion process more efficient.

How it makes money

It combines printing and manufacturing of promotional materials, storage and shipping to stores (fulfilment), creative production and outsourced operations to take on clients' promotion work as a whole. One pillar is Co.HUB, a shared delivery service that brings manufacturers' promotional materials to drugstore chains' stores together; as of the end of March 2026 it covered 34 chains and 13,208 stores, 65% of drugstores nationwide, with 686 manufacturers under contract. PromOS, a cloud service for ordering and managing promotional materials, is used by 34 companies.

Where growth is meant to come from

In the year to March 2026, revenue rose 23.0% to 15.09 billion yen and ordinary profit reached 1.74 billion yen, both record highs. From the year to March 2027, a change in accounting means about 2 billion yen of direct-mail postage is no longer counted as revenue, so revenue growth looks small, but the company forecasts revenue of 15.4 billion yen, ordinary profit of 2.1 billion yen and net profit of 1.35 billion yen. It is also extending shared delivery to consumer electronics retailers.
